Biomass particles or e-waste with a particle size of less than 50mm and a moisture content of less than 20% can be directly entered into the first-type machine for carbonization. For example, sawdust, coconut shells, fruit shells, palm shells, etc. can be directly carbonized; larger (50mm or more) raw materials, such as aluminum capacitors, wires, waste clothes, wood branches, etc., need to be shredded and then carbonized; if the moisture exceeds 30%, it needs to be dried in advance.
PRINCIPLE STRUCTURE
The host part of the pyrolysis furnace is a horizontal cylinder, the diameter of the cylinder is 1000MM, and the length is 10M (can also be customized according to the needs of customers).
The middle part of the cylinder is the heating area. Continuous rotation avoids the disadvantage that the fire only burn the same area, greatly prolongs the service life of the machine, and at the same time greatly improves the output material’s uniformity and quality.
Working principle: This machine uses natural gas, diesel to preheat the cylinder of the host machine (the temperature is generally controlled at 500℃). After heating to a certain temperature, the material can be fed for carbonization or get roasted. During carbonization or roasting, the insufficient burning will generate the combusitble gas, which will be lead to bottom of the furnace to get burnt as fuel, and the natual gas’s pipe can be closed gradually. and finally the combustible gas in the carbonization process is self-sufficient.
