The 5-in-1 motor copper recovery machine is a comprehensive recycling machine that integrates motor dismantling, casing cutting, stator separation and copper wire extraction. It is designed to rapidly dismantle scrap motors and efficiently extract copper wire and iron casing materials, thereby improving the utilisation rate of recycled resources and reducing the costs associated with manual dismantling. It is suitable for small and medium-sized metal recycling and reprocessing operations.

Equipment Structure and Integrated Core Functions

The equipment features an integrated five-station design, comprising primarily a motor casing cutting unit, a stator compression and disassembly unit, a copper wire extraction mechanism, a hydraulic drive system and a control system. Once a motor enters the equipment, the cutting device first opens the casing; the stator core is then compressed and disassembled via a mechanical separation mechanism; finally, the wire extraction mechanism strips the copper windings either in one piece or in sections. Compared to traditional manual hammer-based dismantling methods, this structure reduces the number of transfer stages between processes, making the processing flow more continuous.

Process Flow and Efficiency Performance

Under standard operating conditions, the equipment can process various types of industrial motors with diameters ranging from 100 to 400 mm. The hourly processing capacity of a single unit is approximately 200–800 kg of end-of-life motors (depending on the model), with a copper recovery rate typically reaching 90%–97%, effectively minimising losses due to broken copper wires. The hydraulic system provides stable cutting and pressing forces, ensuring consistent dismantling results for motors at varying stages of ageing, whilst reducing the frequency of blade wear and extending the equipment’s operational lifespan.

Application Scenarios and Resource Recovery Value

This equipment is widely used in waste household appliance dismantling centres, metal recycling depots and recycled resource processing enterprises. It is particularly suitable for scenarios involving the centralised disposal of motors, such as recycling lines for air-conditioning compressors, electric motors and industrial motors. Through standardised mechanical processing, it enables the preliminary separation of copper, iron and aluminium, providing a stable source of raw materials for downstream refining and recycling. Against a backdrop of fluctuating resource prices, this type of equipment helps to enhance the added value of materials and processing efficiency for recycling enterprises.
